Returns + Exchanges
If you change your mind for whatever reason, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us of your intent to return your order.
Contact us at email@example.com to let us know you would like to return an item, and if there is any fault or problem, please give details.
**Please note goods returned after this time without prior agreement will not be accepted**
Please send your return, including the original packing slip/invoice to:

Please note return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
If you would like an exchange, again shipping charges must be paid by the customer but we will ship your replacement free of charge. Please mark on your packing slip the exchange item you would like.
All orders will be carefully checked before sending out but in the event of any faulty item that needs to be returned, we will also refund your postage costs providing you have contacted us first and shipped as advised.
A refund or replacement will be actioned ASAP after we are in receipt of the goods.
All order are sent using a Tracked and/or Signed for service. The service used is determined by the destination and weight of your order.
If a parcel is returned to us as the delivery has been missed and not rearranged or picked up from the depot, then the customer will be required to pay additional shipping costs to have it sent out again. Alternatively if a refund is preferred, this will exclude the original postage costs.
