Returns + Exchanges
If you change your mind for whatever reason, you have 14 days to return your order.

Please note return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
If you would like an exchange, again shipping charges must be paid by the customer but we will ship your replacement free of charge.
All orders will be carefully checked before sending out but in the event of any faulty item that needs to be returned, we will also refund your postage costs providing you have contacted us first and shipped as advised.
A refund or replacement will be actioned once we are in receipt of the goods.

All international orders and all UK orders over £75 are sent using a Tracked/Signed for service.
If a parcel is returned to us as the delivery has been missed and not rearranged or picked up from the depot, then the customer must pay additional shipping costs to have it sent out again. Alternatively if a refund is preferred, this will exclude the original postage costs.
