Important Information For Overseas Customers
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they will be. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase.
We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them. Any parcels refused or returned due to unpaid fees will be subject to a restocking fee of £15, as well as your original shipping fee not being refundable.
European Union Customers
Please be prepared to pay your destination country’s sales tax as well as a customs clearance fee to the courier. Any parcels refused or returned due to unpaid fees will be subject to a restocking fee of £15, as well as your original shipping fee not being refundable.

USA customers
For all orders shipping to a USA address, you can shop with us duty free as long as your order is under USD 800 (our currency is GBP so you will need to check the current exchange rate).
Australia customers:
For all orders shipping to an Australia address, you can shop with us duty free as long as your order is under AUD 1000 (our currency is GBP so you will need to check the current exchange rate).
Other Worldwide customers:
As the UK has now left the EU, sending to the EU, as well as the rest of the world, may be subject to duty and/or VAT. Please check with your country’s authorities regarding any applicable charges as these will vary from country to country. For your reference, all our products are of EU and UK origin.
Please also bear in mind that there is usually a processing fee that all couriers will charge for customs clearance in addition to to any applicable taxes.
If you refuse your delivery or neglect to pay any requested taxes imposed by your country which results in the parcel being returned to us, we will refund you only once we are in receipt of the goods, and your refund will be minus the cost of your original shipping and any return shipping charges that may be imposed.
General Shipping Info
All our orders are sent either tracked and/or Signed for, and we use mainly DPD and DHL. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. Any parcels returned due to an inaccurate address will be subject to a restocking fee of £15, as well as your original shipping fee not being refundable.
Dispatch time is typically 1 to 2 days. Express orders will be prioritised.
